Grateful for My *EASY* Thanksgiving Dishes + Winnie

This morning I was talking with my dear sister in Florida and she asked for the green bean casserole recipe I make. So I thought I will share with you all too!

I am the first to admit, I don't LOVE to cook or bake. I guess it's the clean up that ruins it for me. :) These are a few recipes that are EASY to make and EASY to clean up!

I love to add a smashed clove or two of garlic!

I do not make the caramel sauce.

My sweet Grandmother Winnie {see below} use to make this every year!

My Grandmother Winnie was a ROCK-STAR.
She always told me to "paint that!" Paint that! Oh you should paint that! She always encouraged me and told me I was THE BEST ARTIST. When I went to art school I immediately thought she fibbed to me. Everyone was so very talented and gifted! I now know she saw potential in my art, loved me and knew if I just kept painting, I would become a better painter. Today I am grateful for the relationship I had with my Grandmother Winne and keep this photo of her on my desk so she can "see" me PAINT THAT at My Personal Artist almost every day. :) xoxo

(This photo was taken in art school after a few photography classes. It was taken with a pentax manual camera w/ real film.)

Have a blessed Thanksgiving my friends!
