I really loved the hair accessories by Erica Koesler. Her pieces have that modern vintage feel. There was plenty of bling and baubles and feathers but not overdone. Just enough to truly be glamorous. If you are looking for something to adorn your hair, you are sure to find something at Erica Koesler.

Always Midnight
When I think of Tess' style (the designer behind Always Midnight), I think of history, literature and romance. She's brought her sense of style to Diary of a Bride, a collection of bridal hair accessories that launched this week at her etsy store. Always Midnight also takes custom orders, and Richmond brides you're in luck - Tess is right here in Richmond. Thanks for sharing your work with us Tess!

gorgeous
These gorgeous photos landed in my inbox this morning, and I couldn't resist sharing them. Jennifer Behr has always been one of my favorite accessories designers, and it looks like her 2010 Bridal Collection is one of her best efforts yet. They make me wish that my hair were not falling out at record breaking speeds because of a giant post-baby hormone adjustment. If I attached any of these to my head, I'm pretty sure they would just slide off onto the floor. My ponytail is more like a My Little Ponytail. I understand now why women go out and get the obligatory short "mom cut" after they have kids. They don't have enough hair to pull off anything else! Sigh.
oh my deer
Even though I've seen a thousand headband designs, these seem so fresh and different! From Oh My Deer.

These really jumped off the Etsy page this morning! I can imagine passing one of these handmade silver and bronze hair combs thru the generations, they seem that well made. I love the simple silver leaves, they'd be perfect for all those woodland themed weddings everyone seems to be planning! Handmade in New Orleans by Monique Leon of Gurly Girl.
